The Siesta Key Bungalow

The Siesta Key Bungalow is located on a quiet street with a secluded backyard and a large lanai, offering a relaxing retreat yet only a short stroll to the beach (0.5 mile) or Village (0.8 mile). With two bedrooms and two baths, this vacation rental comfortably sleeps 7 on 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa and a daybed on the lanai. The Siesta Key Bungalow is avaliable for both weekly and long term seasonal rentals.

Siesta Key is on the Gulf of Mexico just south of Sarasota, and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. With sand that is 99% quartz and brillant white, it feels like powder and never gets hot under foot. The beach is wide and clean (non-smoking), gently sloping into the Gulf where the waves are usually measured in inches.

Unlike many other barrier islands along Florida's west coast, Siesta Key has maintained a casual island feel, yet is only a short drive to Sarasota, renowned for its cultural, environmental and recreational amenities. In addition, Sarasota is only a two hour drive to Orlando, Naples or Chrystal River.

The Cottage on Ninigret Pond

The Cottage on Ninigret is a waterfront vacation rental on the eastern shore of Ninigret Pond. Located on a private road, and only 0.5 miles from Charlestown Beach, it offers a large waterfront lot, private dock, and beautiful sunsets. This 1,275 sq foot vacation rental has 3 bedrooms, one bath (with an additional outdoor shower) and sleeps 6 on 2 queen beds, one twin bed with a twin trundle under. A four season cottage, it provides the opportunity to experience the beauty of a New England waterfront getaway across all four seasons.

Ninigret Pond is located on the coast of Rhode Island and covers 1,711 acres (approx 4miles long and 1.8 miles wide), and is the largest of Rhode Island's salt ponds, with a channel connecting to Block Island Sound. Ninigret Pond is a tidal lagoon, supporting a wide array of wildlife from stripe bass and crabs to clams, oysters and scallops.

The cottage also includes the use of 2 kayaks, a SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board), canoe and 4 bikes. Less than 45 minutes from Newport RI, Point Judith RI (Ferry to Block Island), Mystic CT, Foxwoods Casino and Providence RI, there are many cultural and recreational activities that can be enjoyed.
